Sunday Morning Groups

SUNDAY MORNING GROUPS function as an accessible pathway for Intentional Relational Discipleship, as evidenced by authentic connection, spiritual growth, and heart transformation that facilitates the achievement of our mission to make, to mature, and to multiply fully-committed followers of Jesus Christ on Sunday morning and beyond.

These communities meet on Sunday mornings opposite the worship services both at 9 am and 10:45 am. Some communities focus on a topical study such as finance, parenting, or leadership training, while other communities have a focus on interactive Bible study and prayer. Groups at First Free provide a place to belong. Some groups meet on Sunday morning in our church building, others meet in homes during the week, some focus on specific life issues, and others are designed for men or women. Regardless of the group you choose, you will find a place to grow in your faith, find meaningful service, and build caring friendships.

Current Study – Ephesians – Building a Community in Christ

These studies provide insights into the mystery of the church.

Scripture calls us to live a life that is grounded in Faith. “We live by faith, not by sight.” We will study some of the basic elements that help us practically to do just that. We will use the book, “The Practice of the Presence of God,” by Brother Lawrence and Scripture as our text for the study.
