Women’s Fall Bible Studies (Wednesday Evening)

September 16 @ 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm

Studies have shown that some people are feeling spiritually unmoored during the pandemic, and one great solution for that is to join a Bible study where you’ll benefit from both time in God’s Word and time in community with other believers.
This fall we are offering studies that meet at First Free, that meet in homes, and that meet online. Studies begin September 15 & 16.
The cost for each study is $5, and participants will need to purchase their own materials separately.
Registration opens August 14. Questions? Contact women@efree.org.
Psalm 119 (by Matt Chandler)
Even the most mature believers face dark nights of the soul. During those times God seems distant, his Word feels dry, and the vibrant intimacy we knew before seems absent leaving us wondering, “Where is the Lord in this?” Study the words of King David who experienced similar seasons of life. The Psalm demonstrates the power of God’s Word in the lives of believers and its ability to provide a warm blanket for the soul. (10 weeks.)
Video (8-9 minutes each)
Leader: Donna King.
Miracles of Jesus (by Jennie Allen)
Explore the miracles of Jesus in all four Gospels and discover the ways Jesus healed, provided for, calmed, and resurrected the people he encountered. Jesus is radically generous, compassionate, and honoring toward all people. Watch teaching from 4 speakers from places in Israel where Jesus performed miracles and dig into God’s Word, being awed by the Messiah who relentlessly seeks, saves, and restores us. (8 weeks.)
Video (10 minutes each)
Leader: Gail Wich.
