Student Ministry & College Group

Students are on the front-line in determining who they are and what course they will choose to follow in their lives. We know they live in a culture which increasingly questions the principles and life-style of a Christ-follower. We also know these students have the potential and capabilities to change the world. That is why we are committed to investing in each student no matter where he or she is spiritually – a questioner, seeker, skeptic, or believer. Our ministries are designed to point them to Christ through teaching, worship, community and service so that they can change the world through the power of their faith.

THE WELL (Junior High School Ministry)

The Well is a great place for junior high students to build healthy relationships with other students and our awesome team of leaders, discover and grow in a relationship with Jesus Christ, and be equipped to live for Jesus every day.

THE WELL: Wednesday Nights (6:30-8:30 p.m., Activity Center)
This is the best place to get new students connected in our ministry. Awesome games, worship, lesson, small groups. Connect with God and other students.

THE DEEP: Sunday Mornings (9:00-10:30 a.m., Activity Center)
A great place for students to grow and be equipped in their faith. Worship, teaching, and medium-sized group Bible studies.

SUMMIT (Senior High School Ministry)
Our lives are a journey, with each of us trying to reach the mountain summit. We prepare for each leg of our journey at base camp, then continue the climb together towards the summit. Join us any Sunday morning or evening – because no one should have to climb alone.
BASE CAMP: Sunday Mornings (9:00-10:15 a.m., Room 110)
Base Camp is our weekly “equipping” program that has a goal of helping High Schoolers grow in their trek with Jesus Christ. We offer four classes for students to choose from that include topical and verse-by-verse Bible studies. Each class lasts eight weeks.
SUMMIT: Sunday Evenings (6:00-9:00 p.m., Activity Center)
Summit is our weekly program with the purpose of helping high school teens understand what it means to be a Christ-follower, and with a second purpose of helping them experience Godly relationships through small groups. We begin with dinner for $2 and move to a large group experience with an amazing band leading us in worship; next, there’s a biblically-based message geared for the challenges of high schoolers; and then we break into Expedition Teams (small groups) for a time of accountability, fellowship, and prayer.

COLLEGE GROUP
College Group (CG) is a ministry designed for college students ages eighteen to twenty-four. The vision for CG is that it would make an impact in the city of St. Louis – that the students who come through CG will learn how to live the truth of the Gospel and know their identity in Christ in such a way that this city will never be the same.

We meet on Sunday mornings in the Berean House Garage at 9 am. We get together for good coffee, a message, and small groups. We would love for you to come and join us on Sunday mornings! Email Johnathan Walker (jwalker@efree.org) for more information.
