If you would like to hold an event, bible study, concert or other function at First Free, please complete a Facility Use Request Form and return it to Laura Calys (lcalys@efree.org) or the Main Office.  (see below for form)

3. Return it to Laura Calys or the Main Church Office. 

This form is also available on the Information Rounder, (towards the west end of the main foyer, 2nd floor) and the Church Office.
