How to Create a Directory Account
At the link below, simply enter your email address and create a password. Then you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. If you don’t see this email, be sure to check your spam folder.
When you receive the confirmation email, click the button that says “Confirm your Adjace Account.” At this point your account will be complete. You can follow the link in the email to log into the directory.
If you are notified that your email address can’t be found, please contact the church office at so we can make sure we can have your correct email address on file!

Download the Adjace Mobile App
You can download the Adjace mobile app to access the directory on your phone or tablet. You can find the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
View Directory Listings
Once you’re logged into the church directory, scroll through to see all of the members, or enter a name in the search bar to find someone specific. Please be aware that in order to respect individual privacy, only those people who have opted in will be included in this directory. There may be some church people you know who have chosen not to be listed. If you don’t see someone listed, that is the reason why.
Edit your Directory Profile Information
You can manage your own household information directly. Just click on the profile icon at the top right of the screen, and you will see each household member’s name listed. Click on a name to view or edit information for that individual.
Please note – all of the contact information we have in our database for you will appear on this profile page. This complete information is only visible to you on your own profile page. Only the information that you have specifically approved will be included in the directory to be viewed by other church members. You can make changes to what is visible in the directory at any time from your profile page. If you have any questions about this, please contact the church office at
If you prefer not to make profile changes directly in Adjace, you can still use the First Free Information Update Form. Please be aware that it may take up to a week for us to process the information and for your changes to be reflected in the directory. 
How to Update your Family Portrait
Most family portraits included in the directory came from our previous church directory which was published in 2014. If your photo is outdated or if you don’t have one at all, please feel free to upload a new photo! On your family profile page, one of the adults in the household will have the word “portrait” under their name. This is the profile you can access to upload a family portrait. You can also upload individual photos for each person in your household. These photos will be visible to you and to church staff who use the database, but only the family portrait will appear in the church directory.
If you want help adding a photo to your profile, please also free to email a photo to or mail or drop off a print at the church office. We would be happy to load your photo for you! And we will gladly mail your photo back to you after we’ve scanned it and added it to the directory.
