Nursery

Our nursery welcomes infants 6 weeks old through 2 years of age. We join with you in the vitally important task of nurturing your child’s spiritual development. The Sunday morning program is so much more than childcare. Foundational curriculum is taught in each room during both service times.

The Story Lady travels to each class and teaches Biblical truths with simple songs and props - even babies are exposed to the heart and Word of God.  Loving relationships are built through activities, music and play time.

Location and Safety Procedures

The nursery classrooms and the Nursery Registration Desk are located on the 2nd floor directly outside the main auditorium (see map). Every child must be signed in by a parent or guardian to be admitted to their class. The parent receives a pager so you can be located during the service, if needed. Guests also receive a card that is matched to the child at the time of pick up. After a few weeks of attending, photo IDs become part of the check-in/check-out procedure. What to Bring

When packing a diaper bag for your child, please include the following items:

  • disposable diapers (no cloth diapers, please)
  • a complete change of clothes
  • bottle/cup of milk, formula, juice or water

  • Please label all personal items (including pacifiers and sippee cups) with your child’s first and last name

When You Arrive

As a guest, please register at the Nursery Registration Desk located in the nursery area on the 2nd floor.  You will be asked to complete a visitor registration form. This form includes any special needs or allergy information about your child.

You will be asked to provide the location in the church building where you can be found (auditorium or classroom) during the designated event. A cell phone number is also requested, if available.
