ConnectElementary
The Elementary program welcomes children 1st through 5th grade to two distinct sessions of special programming. Grouped by grade levels, the children are guided by loving adult leaders. Children are encouraged to attend both sessions.
9:00 a.m. – This time is designed to help children connect to the heart and Word of God through a large group teaching time followed by small group interaction led by a caring adult leader. Through discussions and directed activities, children grow in their ability to apply God’s Word to their lives and world.
10:45 a.m. – Children are given an opportunity to discover and use their spiritual gifts and talents in service and worship to God. Rotating through interactive learning centers, children are encouraged to grow in the areas of prayer, service, drama and worship, missions and faith. Each Sunday the children also join together for a full worship service, including an age appropriate children’s message.
Location and Safety Procedures
The Elementary classrooms and the KC Registration Desk are located on the 1st floor in the Kid Connection area (see map). Every child must be signed in by a parent or guardian to be admitted to class. (Additional Safety & Security Information)
What to Bring
Just bring yourself and a Bible if you have one.
When You Arrive
As a guest, please register at the KC Registration Desk located in the 1st floor Kid Connection. You will be asked to complete a registration form This form includes any special needs or allergy information about your child.
You will be asked to provide the location in the church building where you can be found (auditorium or classroom) during the designated event. A cell phone number is also requested if available
